I am a native of the Midwest USA and attended Indiana University. Every summer in college I executed my dream and worked in the Florida Keys or Bahamas in the Scuba diving industry. After school I continued my move south and relocated to South Florida where I worked for ten years for Divers Direct as a store manager, buyer, District Manager and VP.

It was in 1996 when I made my first trip to Honduras and immediately fell in love with the culture, people and physical beauty of this special place. As the years went by and the frequency of my travels to Roatan increased I made the leap and began investing and developing real estate with (yea you guessed it) Roatan Life and Phil Weir. One of the properties I purchased from Phil was a vacation home in Palmetto Bay Plantation. I discussed with Phil the growing need for property management service here in Roatan. After a few months of talks Phil, Gene DeMarco and I started Roatan Life Vacation Rentals and Property Management.

With the birth of this new division of Roatan Life my wife Cindy and I left our careers in the USA and moved to Roatan full time. With a background in customer service and a growing property management company, I took the next step and became a licensed realtor here in Honduras. I believe my varied background of business experience here in Roatan and the United States will makes me a great solution for your real estate needs. I look forward to working with you.
